Will, a native of Charlotte, NC is a passionate outdoorsman, and enjoys catching waves at Wrightsville Beach, competing on the golf course, or being on the beach and in the pool with his young son and daughter. Will’s career has spanned multiple journeys, taking him to Washington, DC, and Stockholm, Sweden, where he pursued success on the baseball field and in the business world. Upon returning to NC from Stockholm in 2012, he joined StepUp Wilmington where he spent the next 11 years building StepUp into a highly impactful non-profit organization, training and placing hundreds of individuals a year into jobs.

Will is a graduate of Wake Forest University, played baseball for the Demon Deacons, and a starter on the 1998 ACC championship team. Will played 5 seasons of professional baseball in Germany and Sweden after college and later earned his MBA from American University in Washington, DC. Will worked in search and  recruitment for 6 years in Washington, DC and Stockholm, Sweden before returning to his home state of NC in 2012.

Will married Anneliese in 2018 and they quickly became a family of four with the birth of their daughter in March 2019 and son in 2021 in addition to Jameson their yellow lab. Clean Air Lawn Care was an exciting and clear next step for Will, giving him the opportunity to run, grow and scale a business that also has a positive impact on the Wilmington region and beyond.
