Terms and Conditions

Property Readiness & Leaves

Your lawn must be reasonably clear and accessible on scheduled service days. This includes removal of toys, debris, pet waste, and other obstacles.

Leaf removal is not included unless specifically quoted. If excessive leaf accumulation or site conditions prevent us from safely or effectively performing service, we may skip that visit. Skipped services due to site conditions remain billable.

Locked gates, construction, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible areas may also result in a skipped service without refund.

Equipment Use

Clean Air Lawn Care operates primarily using electric equipment and prioritizes quiet, low-emission service.

In limited situations, non-electric equipment may be used when necessary to safely or effectively complete a service. Examples include aerators, dethatchers, tillers, specialty equipment, or leaf blowers during peak leaf season (typically October 15 through December 15). Use of non-electric equipment is situational and limited. In addition, propane may be used at some locations.

Pet Waste

Pet waste removal is not included unless part of a selected service plan.

If pet waste is present and no removal plan has been selected, service may be skipped or a per-occurrence fee may apply if conditions prevent safe operation.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the condition of the property at the time of estimate. Significant changes to lawn condition, size, or scope of service may require re-evaluation of pricing.

There are no discounts or refunds due to weather conditions, seasonal delays, requested skipped weeks, site obstructions, pet waste, locked gates, or other conditions outside of our control.

Billing & Payment Plans

On going services are structured as an annual service program with payments spread evenly over 12 months for budgeting stability.

Monthly payments are equal installments toward your total annual service amount. The months in which payments occur may not match the exact months services are performed. Reduced-service or winter months may still include payments as part of the annual billing structure.

Automatic payment enrollment is required to begin service and will be drawn on the 5th of each month. Payments not received by the 15th of each month may be subject to a late fee.

Cancellation & Reconciliation

Service may be canceled at any time.

If service is canceled before the end of the annual billing cycle, a final reconciliation invoice will be issued. This reconciliation will compare the total value of services completed and the total payments made to date.

If services completed exceed payments made, the remaining balance will be due. If payments exceed services completed, a refund or credit will be issued.

Reconciliation is based on the standard service rates in effect at the time services were performed.

Default

Accounts with overdue balances may have service paused or canceled. Customers agree to be responsible for reasonable collection costs associated with unpaid balances.

Property Damage

If property damage occurs as a direct result of our service, please notify us within five (5) days and provide dated photos. Repairs must be coordinated with Clean Air Lawn Care. We are not responsible for third-party repair costs without prior approval.

Service Scheduling

Services are typically performed Monday through Friday. Service dates may shift due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. Customers will be notified of schedule changes when possible.

Project Services

Project work such as landscape installations, mulch applications, aeration, overseeding, irrigation repairs, hardscaping, or other one-time services are billed separately from maintenance programs unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is based on current site conditions. Unforeseen conditions including buried debris, hidden irrigation lines, roots, hard soil, underground obstructions, or access limitations may require scope or pricing adjustments.

Material colors, textures, and plant availability may vary based on supplier inventory and seasonal conditions.

Deposits may be required prior to scheduling project work. Project services are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Mosquito Control Services

Mosquito control treatments reduce mosquito populations but do not guarantee complete elimination.

Results depend on environmental factors including standing water, neighboring properties, weather conditions, and seasonal mosquito pressure.

Customers agree to eliminate standing water where possible, keep pets and people off treated areas until dry, and notify us of beehives, sensitive areas, or water features.

Treatments may be rescheduled due to rain, wind, or unsafe weather conditions.

Products are applied according to label instructions and selected for effectiveness and safety when used as directed.
