- Driver’s License (clean record)
- Knowledge of turf management and lawn care practices
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors for extended periods
- Able to manage workshop, tools, and daily prep

You will enjoy working outside with our commercial electric, zero-emissions, quiet equipment, and chemical-free fertilizers. There is no gas, no fumes, and less vibrations. You will work out of one of our company trucks, using our company equipment and our Clean Air Lawn Care service methods.

Responsibilities
- Operate battery-powered lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Mow, trim, edge, mulch, weed, and handle yard clean-ups
- Daily prep and equipment maintenance: battery care, blade sharpening, trimmer line replacement
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and secure
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Communicate with owner and/or manager daily to review completed work and next steps
- Use calendar tools to manage recurring visits
