Clean Air Lawn and Garden Lake Arrowhead is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented crew member to join our eco-friendly team. This position focuses on lawn care and property maintenance. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating healthy, beautiful outdoor spaces.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lawn mowing using electric mowers
- Line trimming, edging, and leaf blowing
- Fertilization and weed control using organic/natural methods
- Natural mosquito control applications
- Hedge shearing and small ornamental tree trimming
- Seasonal spring and fall cleanups
- Gravel raking, deck blowing, and hose-downs as needed
- Assist with irrigation checks and basic system repairs
- Communicate with clients and crew leads respectfully and professionally
What We are Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with mowing, trimming, and clean-up techniques
- Able to lift 40 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and team mindset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
