Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Driver’s License
- 1 year of outdoor cleaning, property maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Must live on the mountain (Lake Arrowhead area)
We’re hiring a full-time, seasonal Outdoor Living Space Care Specialist to help maintain beautiful outdoor areas for high-end homes in Lake Arrowhead. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys fresh air, physical work, and making patios and decks shine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Wiping down deck and stair railings
- Cleaning glass deck railings and ground-level patio doors
- Brushing and sweeping deck floors
- Cleaning patio furniture, cushions, umbrellas, and outdoor heaters
- Keeping outdoor living spaces spotless and inviting
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone who loves working outdoors and notices the small details
- Dependable, positive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working around glass and upscale patio furniture
- Prior experience in outdoor maintenance or property care is a plus
