Clean Air Lawn Care Portland West is hiring a friendly, motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help grow our local lawn care business by connecting with homeowners in person. You’ll be the face of our company in the community, educating neighbors about our services, booking free lawn assessments, and helping customers improve their outdoor spaces.

- $15-$20 Base pay (depending on experience and qualifications) + commission per booked job or signed customer

Requirements
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Friendly, confident, and respectful communication style
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Able to walk and stand for several hours
- Basic smartphone skills (texts, forms, CRM entries)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
- Educate potential customers about our lawn care services (mowing, cleanup, mulching, weed control, landscape, hardscape, etc etc.)
- Create and Track Estimates and enter them into a software system (CRM)
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times
- Meet or exceed weekly outreach and booking goals
- Provide feedback on common customer questions and objections
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Knock on doors in assigned areas during scheduled outreach times
- Deliver flyers or door hangers when homeowners are unavailable
- Briefly inspect lawns and note visible needs (overgrown grass, weeds, bare spots, etc.)
- Provide Estimates on the spot and try to close the deal
- If customer requires to speak with the owner, schedule appointments for estimates with owner
- Update lead notes in the system at the end of each shift
- Track number of doors knocked, conversations held, and appointments booked
- Attend short weekly check-ins or training sessions
- Report neighborhood feedback, competitor pricing mentions, and common concerns
